Q1: What is your MOQ?

A1：MOQ 1pc., usually this is for sample.
Q2: How to get pricing information?

A2: Quotation will be made according to product models, quantity each order, shipping method and payment term.
Q3: What is your leadtime?

A3：For sample order, it is usually 3 - 5 working days, for mass quantities, usually 30 - 60 days.

Q1: Which models of your products can be order in mass quantity?

A1: Every single model can be ordered in mass quantity.
Q2: Do you accept OEM and ODM

A2: Depends on products and areas
Q3: What is the packaging method for the products? Is there any special packaging?

A3: Products are usually packaged into re-mailer cartons with protection. Particular package can be made according to requirements.
Q4: How do you control the quality of your products?

A4: We make products according to manufacturing procedures, we have online inspection, we do pre-shipment inspection by QA for very order even if it is ONE piece.

Q1: What payment methods do you accept?

A1: Payment term can be T/T in advance when placing order and balance before shipment, or irrevocable L/C at sight, Western Union, or other Cross-border remittances can be acceptable.

Q1: Where do you ship from?

A1: For Ex Works goods, they will be loaded from our company in Foshan, Guangdong province China. For goods with FOB term, it can be Foshan or Guangzhou or ever Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. We also provide CIF service according to clients requirements.
Q2: How to calculate freight cost?

A2: It depends on every order based on quantities, volume, weight, Ex Works, FOB or CIF. We can do calculations to choose best rate for clients.

Q1: How long is the warranty period for the product?

A1: It is one-year after sales.
Q2: Do you provide service after one-year warranty?

A2: Yes, we will try the best to serve our customers all the time.
Q3: How long can you reply after inquiry?

A3: Usually within 24 hours in working days.

Q1: Do you sell branded products?

A1: Yes, we have KSON brand for our telescopes.
Q2: Where is your main market?

A2: We sale KSON brand telescopes mainly to Asia, Oceania, Africa, South America, and some countries in Europe.
